As a certified personal trainer I will work with you to acheive your fitness goals and as a health coach I will help you acheive balance in your life through nutirition, physical activity, and lifestyle coaching. I received my personal training certification through American Council on Exercise and my health coaching training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I will help you make sense of all the information out there and how it applies to YOU. All services are currently provided by video conference and other electronic support for your convenience.
