Tuna fish casserole is underrated. Period.
It was one of my favorites growing up. Simple. Hot. Straight out of the oven and onto a paper plate at the kitchen table. No fancy ingredients. Just comfort.
Now I’m the one cooking it.
And as an adult, I give it a little upgrade. A solid shake of Elizabeth’s Salt from Unkie’s Seasoning takes that childhood classic and turns it into a family-level meal. It brings the flavor together without overcomplicating it.
Still creamy. Still nostalgic. Just better.
