She also has a spotless attendance record. During this national aide shortage we are thankful for aides that continue to go out in the community to provide a service. Meet Ashleigh our December employee of the month she is PRN and is one of our most flexible employees when another aide is sick Ashleigh is there! Grocery or medication pick up she’s there. She is our main go to here at A & A to make sure we have no gaps in coverage she even starts as early as 6am! Thank you Ashleigh for your dedication to our clients!

Congratulations to our October Employee Of The Month Rosalyn Clay!!! She is able to adapt to anything for her client we commend Mrs. Clay for traveling with her client on special trips to make sure he gets the care he needs and deserves. She checks and fills supplies for the month as well as medications. We thank you Mrs. Clay for continuing to provide quality care in this pandemic!!! It doesn’t go unnoticed. Also say hello to Ty!! Congratulations to our August employee of the month Chetanah aka Tee! We love Tee here at
A &A she takes on the most challenging cases and puts her all into it, and her clients are very grateful. Tee is also very knowledgeable when it comes to different medications and is able to pinpoint how to follow the plan of care accordingly. Congratulations to Tomeka Mullen she is our July employee of the month. Tomeka has earned many hats she specializes in phlebotomy and also being a caregiver part time.
