Providing services/education to first-time Moms in Suffolk, IOW, Franklin, and Southampton to become confident in all areas of life, especially motherhood. A voluntary, free maternal and childhood health program, Nurse-Family Partnership gives first-time moms with the care and support they need to have a healthy pregnancy, provide competent care for their children, and achieve a better life for themselves and their families.
