If you wake up already behind or feel spent by Friday, it is not a personal failure. Burnout is mostly about workload, time pressure, clarity, and support. Our latest blog explains what burnout really is, why job design matters more than another webinar, and what managers and teams can change so wellness is built in, not bolted on.

For workers, it offers small, realistic moves to protect focus, set boundaries, and ask for the support you need. For leaders, it outlines simple ways to make work fair, clear, and doable so people can do their best work and go home with energy left.
