Delta Air Lines is now accepting flight attendant applications for its 2026 hiring classes, offering both English-speaking and bilingual roles. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to fly worldwide. The airline says its flight attendants are “the heart of the onboard experience,” emphasizing safety, service, and global adventure.

This recruitment push comes as Delta celebrates ranking No. 2 on Forbes’ 2025 World’s Best Employers list, up four spots from last year. The airline earned praise for its open-door culture, employee engagement, and benefits programs — including an Emergency Savings Program and expanded travel privileges.

Beyond hiring, Delta continues community outreach through its 45th KABOOM! playground build in Seattle and strong financial performance, reporting $1.8 billion pre-tax income for Q3 2025.
