Enjoy a guided gentle yoga practice to feel into your body and remove stagnation, loosening the hips, the back, the chest and the mind. Props and modifications are available as needed and this practice is beginner friendly.

After taking the time to reconnect with yourself from head to toe, we'll enjoy relaxing while soaking in a nourishing sound healing 😊

In case this lands with the woman who’s been quietly craving something more 🤍

Not more to do…but more space to be.

I’m hosting a small, intimate women’s retreat this June in the mountains of Colorado, and there are a few spaces available.

It’s called Solstice in the Saddle, and it’s for the woman who’s been holding a lot, moving through life quickly, and is ready to soften… to exhale… to come back to herself.

There’s something about being with horses that gently brings you back into your body.

They don’t ask you to perform or push, they meet you exactly where you are.

In the quiet of the land, with the mountains surrounding you and the rhythm of the herd, things begin to settle.

Your nervous system slows.
Your thoughts get quieter.
You start to feel yourself again.

Our days will be intentional and deeply nourishing,
time with the horses, trail rides through open landscapes, sound healing alongside the herd, and moments of stillness that are often hard to find in everyday life.

There’s also space for lightness and joy through creating your own cowgirl hat, learning to make soap, sharing beautiful meals prepared for you, soaking in hot springs, and connecting with other women in a way that feels real and supportive.

And through it all… you don’t have to plan a thing.

You just arrive, and everything is held for you.

This retreat is about being taken care of, being in nature, and remembering a version of yourself that maybe got a little lost along the way.
