The Aviana Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Some trainings teach you what to do. This one changes how you relate to your body and how you hold an elevated, mindful space for others.

The Aviana Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is an immersion into the feminine divine, nervous system safety, intelligent sequencing, and the quiet confidence that comes from a deeply embodied practice aligned with the principles of yoga.

You’ll leave not only knowing how to teach aerial yoga but feeling inspired to discover all the ways in which you'll want to spread your wings as a practitioner or teacher of aerial yoga.

This is training for teachers who feel called to slow down, listen more deeply, and offer experiences that are both beautiful and therapeutically sound.

Held on a sacred horse property just outside the historic shores of St. Augustine, Florida this is an initiation into a lineage rooted in reverence, presence, and the wisdom of the body.

🧡 1:30 pm Goddess Glow & Flow - this is an immersive experience into the stories of mythical goddess archetypes which we will then embody through a feminine empowered beginner friendly aerial yoga practice. If you are ready to call in your divine essence to charge forth into this new year with confidence, this is for you sister! The workshop is conducted as a sister circle where you will select goddess oracle cards to see what divine feminine energy is being called forth for you to embody this year. 3 spots left!

💛 4:30 pm Restorative Aerial Yoga with Hot Stone 🔥- Come to relax and unwind from stress, reset your nervous system, balance your cortisol levels and simply be in safe space while cradled with the fabric. The hammock will be low-hanging for easy access and while you rest in different postures while receiving aromatherapy and guided meditation, you'll also receive hot stones over your clothes to help you melt even deeper into stillness, calm and peace. 6 spots available!

Sending Sunday Blessings your way today and sharing an announcement!

If you are looking for a space to feel supported and connected with other women, come join us this Friday February 6th at Torus Center for Integrative Healing in downtown Batavia for the Sister Sanctuary experience. One of the signature Aviana experiences to immerse into receiving and healing through the support of community and sisterhood.

Together we gather in sacred sisterhood to recharge our energy fields through loving intention, gentle movement, and immersive sound. This is a sanctuary of support where each woman is seen, held, and lovingly witnessed.

Our time together begins in circle with smudging and oracle card guidance, offering insight for both our individual and collective journeys. From there, we ease into a beginner-accessible mat yoga practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and prepare the nervous system to fully receive.

We then move into our beloved Sister Sound Bath Ceremony. One by one, each sister is invited to rest in the center of the circle, either laying on the mat or cozied into an aerial yoga hammock, while the surrounding sisters serenade her with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles, rain stick, aromatherapy, and heartfelt blessings.

Each woman receives a group healing, infused with presence, prayer, and sound. Together we create a ceremonial field of support, honoring the beauty of one another’s hearts and the power of being deeply held by community.

You will leave feeling nourished, recalibrated, and connected with a softened body, an open heart, and a renewed sense of sisterhood. Bolsters and props are provided, and chairs are available for comfort as needed.

Dress comfortably for relaxation.
