The Mommy and Me Workshop is for children 5 - 11 years old.

The Goddess Glow and Flow is a Divine Feminine Empowered practice that is 100% beginner friendly offering you a space to learn about historical mythical goddesses, connecting in sister circle, and embodying your divine feminine essence through a sacred playful practice with the hammock.

The Restoring Your Heart Workshop offers you a space for deep healing and nourishment of your heart. A space to go within, to cleanse and clear, and to fill up your cup of self love. 🥰

This serene space offers a warm and welcoming environment that instantly feels like a mini retreat the moment you walk through the door. You’ll be greeted by a cozy community lounge where you can relax and recharge before stepping into the expansive aerial studio which offers a light-filled haven adorned with live plants and artistic touches that make every class a truly calming and uplifting experience. 🌿☀️

This Sunday, if your heart is needing a safe space to be held, come join me in Batavia for a deeply nourishing heart-moving restorative practice with the aerial yoga hammock.

The hammock will be hung low to the ground and additional props will be included to help you feel at ease and fully supported for a practice that will guide you inward to listen to your heart and invite a healing process to unfold through gentle movements, breathwork, aromatherapy and healing sounds.

❤️ 1:30 pm Restoring Your Heart: A Restorative Aerial Yoga Healing Experience

Aerial yoga with Sound Healing is a gentle, beginner-friendly aerial yoga practice (with the hammock set to hip-height) moving through sequencing that offers you a deep stretch and the opportunity to connect with your breath for change and transformation. There is the added benefit of being able to safely invert which offers you spinal decompression, a radiant complexion, and a joyful heart. The practice concludes with an extended rest in the hammock while you are soothed and serenaded with healing sounds.

Restoring Your Heart is a restorative aerial yoga workshop with the hammock set to hovering just above the ground offering you ample support in each pose where you can relax and unwind while we focus on your heart space for healing and restoration. We will explore the use of mudras which are like yoga postures for your hands that connect with meridians in the body and open up deeper layers of energetic healing. In addition, aromatherapy and sound will be incorporated for the ultimate space holding for your healing heart. After concluding being wrapped up in your personal cocoon of self love and devotion you will be ready to compose a personal love letter to yourself which you are ready and worthy of receiving! This is a sweet sanctuary of healing space held with gentleness and encouragement for your heart, have the courage to open up to your next layer of heart healing.

Embracing the bright beauty before it's all shed away exposing the bare bark of branches and the hollow space of the woods.

The trees need this time to shine, to be witnessed and acknowledged for all the energy put into growing this past season before they let it all go.

Next month is the LAST month for offerings in the Bliss Healing Tent in Sugar Grove for the year.

I've lined up some Tuesday Reiki and Sound Healing events and may plug in a Gratitude morning mat yoga practice on Thanksgiving as well as a two final sister circles in the space for the full moon and new moon.

The tent will be coming down over Thanksgiving weekend to be stored for the winter.

So I hope to see you some time next month to make the most of the tent and the cozy nook it offers in the crisp fall with the crackling woodstove.

Private reiki sessions with sound healing are available in the tent until November 26th. There's a massage table warmer on the way to help you feel even more relaxed and at ease while you receive.
