- “Toe drift,” where the toes and front part of the foot point outward.
- The heel tilts toward the outside and the ankle appears to turn in.
- A short Achilles tendon, which causes the heel to lift off the ground earlier when walking and may act as a deforming force.
- Bunions and hammertoes may occur in some people with flatfoot.

If you have flatfoot, we invite you to call our office to schedule an appointment.

We treat diabetic foot care

People with diabetes are prone to many foot problems, often because of two complications of diabetes: nerve damage (neuropathy) and poor blood circulation. Neuropathy causes loss of feeling in your feet, taking away your ability to feel pain and discomfort, so you may not detect an injury or irritation.

Learning how to check your feet is crucial so that you can find a potential problem as early as possible. Inspect your feet every day—especially the sole and between the toes—for cuts, bruises, cracks, blisters, redness, ulcers, and any sign of abnormality.

If you have diabetes and need assistance with your feet, we invite you to call our office to schedule an appointment.

We treat athletes foot 🦶

Athlete’s foot is a skin disease caused by a fungus, usually occurring between the toes. The fungus most commonly attacks the feet because shoes create a warm, dark, and humid environment which encourages fungus growth.

The signs of athlete’s foot, singly or combined, include dry skin, itching and burning, scaling, inflammation, and sometimes blisters

If you have athlete’s foot, we invite you to call our office to schedule an appointment.
