The Vintage Gardens enjoyed a lovely Funday Sunday, where residents basked in the pleasant weather. A highlight of the day was storytelling and sight word practice, thoughtfully led by Vintage Garden Director LaRonda. Adding to the joy, there were heartwarming pet therapy sessions that brought smiles to everyone's faces. As the day drew to a close, residents engaged in hand therapy activities. These calming lavender-infused sessions took place during dinner, fostering relaxation and a sense of well-being throughout the meal.😎🐶🤗

The atmosphere at The Reserve at First Colony was filled with joy as residents indulged in a delightful culinary experience crafted by the talented Chef Jonathan. The celebration continued with a creative craft session where residents, guided by Jen Taylor and the team from Home Instead creating their own festive St. Patrick's Day headbands. The event was made even sweeter with a selection of fun treats. A huge thank you to our incredible Activity Director, Jen, and Vintage Gardens Director, LaRonda, for orchestrating such a memorable Shamrock Social. The festivities included Golden Oldies Singo Bingo, complete with exciting door prizes, and a spread of delicious snacks such as beer cheese and pretzels, alongside green beer and vibrant green punch to complete the celebrations.
