This week, Ms. Karen led a post run/walk stretch session with the incredible Rise Running groupโand this is just the beginning! ๐ช๐
๐ Sheโll be leading these stretch sessions weekly, focusing on recovery, mobility, and yoga-style breathing to help calm the nervous system and support overall performance.
Fitness is important to her, but so is rest and recovery, especially after big milestones like the Houston Marathon and Aramco Half. Stretching and intentional breathing help keep runners feeling strong, balanced, and injury-free ๐ฆตโจ
