Discover a journey to relax and unwind to help balance your mind, body and spirit. At Antar Glow, I offer a meditative flow that includes sound vibrations using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, bamboo rain stick, chimes, chants and solfeggio frequency background sounds. Each meditative flow includes low-impact Qi Gong exercises, breathwork and a guided restorative meditation to the sounds of healing singing bowls and other instruments.

Our Galveston retreat was pure magic! And I can’t believe it’s already a week gone by.

So many firsts for me…
First time co-hosting a retreat — by the ocean, no less
First time cooking for participants (protein date balls + chickpea patties were a hit!)
First time teaching Bollywood dance on a pier with waves + dolphins 💃🏽
First time singing a full mantra during a sound bath
And my first time collaborating on something this intimate + exceptional with four amazing wellness coaches.

My heart is full.
Already dreaming up our next retreat in the spring.
