Day 6 Puente La Reina to Estella 21.6 km on Sept 19th, more Rioja vines, and a beautiful range of long dirt roads, small villages with steep roads and meeting up with Camino friends we made along the way. I caught a ride with the Estrella beer delivery driver to Estella for last 5 km while Mike finished out the hike that day. We moved!! Suite 420. It’s just me plus my people SPH has been opened 10 years this October. Thanks for all the support. Enjoying the new place, we still have a lot to do, I’ll keep you posted as we move along.

I like the wording in this post “answer the call” 📞to integrative medicine. It’s not quite a “hellloooo” call, but once you find it knocking on your door 🚪and you let it in, you really can’t practice medicine without it. It’s just good medicine in the end.

Made myself a doctor bag .ro pattern - decided to have a photo shoot while waiting for my computer to get doctored at the Apple Store in Sugar Land.
