DeliverIt Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our retail pharmacy operations in Bedford, TX. This is an excellent leadership opportunity in a stable retail setting that values quality, teamwork, and work-life balance.

🧑⚕️ Key Responsibilities
Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for retail pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations
Oversee prescription verification, dispensing, and workflow
Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff
Provide patient counseling and medication education
Administer vaccinations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service
✅ Qualifications
Active Texas Pharmacist license (required)
Authorized to administer vaccinations (or willing to obtain certification)
Prior PIC or pharmacy leadership experience preferred
Strong retail pharmacy operations knowledge
Excellent communication and organizational skills
