Starting March 1st, we will be offering our 3 part Flower Essence and Art Ceremony Series, this is an online offering thast includes a physical flower essence formula mailed to you!ts

If you are interested in flower essence medicine, healing with Water, or Art ritual, please join us for this amazing 3 part series that will introduce you to healing with Flower Essences and using Watercolor Painting ritual as a healing modality.

We will be exploring the fileds of healing the mother, father and inner child through engagement with these sacred water based healing modalities. NO prior art experience necessary, each session will support your focus on healing within these 3 archetypal fields and the month following will allow you to work through the custom formula that you will recieve in the mail. We will explore and open the field of healing through a guided watercolor ritual that is not based on artistic talent but rather in using painting and visual expression as a modality for inner healing.

This is an introductory offering that culminates as an in person offering at the Rose Light Sanctuary this summer, August 2026 called Florescense where we will journey deeply into water based healing though making flower essences together and utilizing water color painting ritual to drop into plant attunement and a deeply intimate and healing relationship with the flowers and plants.

This past 2025 spring was huge for us at Rose Light Sanctuary as we got our massive commerical grade septic system installed which meant the lawn and grounds were torn asunder for the process.

As i stared out at the hill that used to be our old driveway, I saw the vision of some big terraced garden beds leading up to our outdoor dining area and got very excited to see if our septic guy could make it happen. It was the best possible thing for that area and became one of my favorite garden areas on our property, blooming and growing with gorgeous flowers and herbs for most of the season.

We are excited to welcome folks this upcoming 2026 summmer season for offerings that include delicous foods, healing and crafting workshops, classes and more. Imagine walking up this beautiful path past all the flowers in full bloom, butterflies and bees dancing about, sitting under the pergola in a calm and natural serene setting enjoying some tasty treats and relaxing with a loved one in teh shade as the sun beats down on the lands around.

Giving thanks to the spirits of the flowers, plants, and trees for their medicines, their support and their beauty. In my healing and midwifery practice, I share flower essence formulas with all my clients to support gentle vibracional shifts in the energetic field.

Flower Essence medicine is such simple earth medicine as it features the imprint of the plant infused into the first medicine, WATER. Water truly is such a healing elixir of life on its own, bringing flow, purification, and hydration to our entire body temple as well as uplfiting our spirits.

In our upcoming 3 part online ceremony series, we will be combining flower essence therapy with healing through art as we focus on bridging the potency of water in both modalities. Watercolor painting is a beautiful expression of attuning to the vibration of water through visual creation and adding the frequency of color is so elemental and nourishing! My dear sister, Melissa at is such a potent guide and has been devoted to bringing communion and healing through her art for decades.

Imagine doing ancestral healing while you paint and attune to the spirit of the plants! This is our shared intention as I will be crafting custom flower essence formulas and sending them to each participant in preparation for each of our themes. These formulas will support gentle healing and frequency upgrades in relationship to your feminine/masculine internal structures. We will use the essence in our watercolor ritual and be guided in an expression of what may need healing or what needs flow.

Flower Essence magick meets guided Art Ritual in my upcoming co-creation with Melissa of with an flare as we will be focusing on the foundations of my ancestral healing offering by exploring the archtypes of Mother, Father and Inner Child, what i lovingly refer to as the HOLY TRINITY.

Each ceremony has a custom flower essence formula to support the exploration, healing, and connection to each of the focus themes. Custom Flower Essence blends will be mailed to each participant upon registration and are designed to attune and bring awarness to our relationship to each of these energies in our lives; both our personal mother, father and inner child as well as more universal themes associated with these archetypes. We will initiate our work with each flower essence blend on the 1st of the month, in our online gathering with a guided art ritual led by Melissa where we will infuse our watercolor painting with the essence and connect to the spirit of the work with that essence throughout the month in a shared container of support.

This online ceremony will offer you tools to create your own creative ritual throughout the month while you are in relationship to each theme and working through your formula. Our shared intention is to bring healing, clarity and beauty through with a comittment to allowing ourselves to receive from the flowers and trees in partnership with opening up to our creative inner healer who trusts that our expression is part of our expansion and wholeness.

This Series is already bringing beauty into my field as I begin to settle into my path and gifts and feel the resonance of my hearts calling guiding me forward. I am so excited to be co-creating this with Melissa as her art and spirit has been an inspiration to me since we met in Thailand 15 years ago! We are seeding this offering in preparation for our upcoming in person retreat (August 2026) here at Rose Light Sanctuary where we will be deepening into our shared love of Flowers, ceremony, Art Ritual and magick this summer!
