Meramec Nursing Center We are a great place for a short term stay for the citizens of our communities. We are very involved with our citizens who reside with us.

We are a skilled rehab facility for those people who need physical, occupational, and speech language pathology, (speech therapy.)We will post events, announcements, activities, news. We do activities and special events on a daily basis. We are dedicated to assure our citizens have a pleasant and productive experience during their time with us. We have a 100% "rehab to home" rate, meaning, anyone who comes in for rehab after a surgery or weakness after a hospital stay, will go home. Our staff have the attitude, that we are blessed and privileged to care for the citizens in our communities.
