📣🎉 Congratulation to Mary for all of her hard work over the past 4 weeks. She has changed her eating habits, adding in more lean protein and veggies and making sure to get in a nice long walk daily. She is ⬇️4.3 pounds, ⬇️ 2.3 lbs of pure fat and ⬇️ 19 inches overall! 😀 Keep up the good work! scch.health

In this week's education, we will discuss strawberries. Strawberries are not only delicious but also packed with numerous health benefits.

Summer is here and strawberries are in an abundance.

How to Incorporate Strawberries into Your Diet:
Fresh: Enjoy them fresh as a snack or dessert.
Smoothies: Blend them into smoothies with yogurt, milk, or other fruits.
Salads: Add sliced strawberries to salads for a sweet and tangy flavor.
Breakfast: Top your cereal, oatmeal, or yogurt with strawberries.
Desserts: Use them in desserts like strawberry shortcake, tarts, or as a topping for ice cream.
Drinks: Infuse water with strawberries for a refreshing beverage or make homemade strawberry lemonade.
Tips for Eating Strawberries:
