Snowy days invite us to slow down and truly enjoy one another. ❤️
✨️Some residents stepped outside to touch the snow❄️, while others preferred to admire it fall from the warmth indoors.
We gathered to enjoy coloring, conversation, and companionship — turning a winter day into a meaningful social moment. Looks back on memories made in snow with loved ones or even solo!
We shared comfort food, homemade snow cream, plenty of laughter, and were joined by a special guest — ✨️💖 Charlotte — who helped serve breakfast with a big smile and an even bigger heart. Those small acts of kindness made the morning extra sweet.
At Sullivan Pointe, flourishing means honoring choice, celebrating connection, and creating moments where joy and care are felt in every detail. Good food, good friends, great company — and the very best memories. ❄️💖🍧🍪😊

Find yourself in a happier place.
At Sullivan Pointe, we believe true wellness is found when the whole person is nurtured — body, mind, and spirit. 💕
Our residents recently enjoyed a meaningful painting experience with Jami from Three Rivers Hospice, filled with creativity, connection, and compassion.
🎨 Emotional Wellness was supported as residents expressed feelings through art and enjoyed moments of joy and calm.
🤝 Social Wellness flourished through shared conversation, laughter, and time spent together.
🧠 Intellectual Wellness was engaged as residents explored creativity, color, and imagination.
💪 Physical Wellness was encouraged through gentle movement and fine motor engagement.
🏡 Environmental Wellness was reflected in a warm, welcoming space where residents felt safe and supported.
❤️ Purposeful Wellness came alive as each resident created something meaningful and uniquely their own.
We are grateful for community partners like Three Rivers Hospice, whose compassion and dedication align so beautifully with the mission of Sullivan Pointe. As we begin 2026, we see it as a blank canvas awaiting the brushstrokes of our collective efforts here at Sullivan Pointe. The year 2025 was marked by our resilience and camaraderie, highlighted by our fundraising efforts for the Alzheimer's Association, even our Easter and Halloween celebrations. We are thankful for the support we've received and are excited about the prospects of 2026. We have fond memories of 2025 and anticipate a future filled with growth, new friendships, and flourishing community spirit. We wish everyone happiness, peace, love, and good health, embracing the positive essence of a new beginning.
