Ascend Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in one-on-one, personalized treatment tailored to a patient's individual needs. Our therapists are here to provide pain relief, improve overall movement and balance, prevent or recover from muscular injuries, and assist in your most successful recovery from orthopedic surgery. We believe in education throughout the treatment process, so you are able to maintain your progress and sustain the best quality of life going forward. We are here to help you build the best version of yourself through rehabilitation and recovery! Ascend PT is locally owned and veteran operated by Charlie Northcutt, PTA and his wife Leslie Northcutt PT, DPT.

A few weeks ago, one of JoJo’s very first patients graduated from physical therapy. 🥹

He’s been with her since her first day, and over time they built a bond that went beyond just therapy. After months of hard work, laughs, and shared wins, saying goodbye brought some real emotions.

Everyone meet Jordan! ☀️

Hello, I'm Jordan Williams!
I grew up in Pickton, TX, and before becoming a PTA, I spent 12 years working as a nanny and babysitter. I’ve always had a heart for helping others, especially kids, and that passion for care and connection is what led me to physical therapy.

I became a PTA in December, and I truly love what I do. What I enjoy most about being a PTA is getting to build real relationships with my patients—being their biggest cheerleader and watching their hard work pay off. There’s nothing better than seeing someone regain their strength and confidence, and knowing you got to play a small part in that.

I'm so very blessed to be able to work with such an amazing group of people and patients!
