Preparation Tips

Stay Hydrated:
- Drink plenty of water before your appointment. Hydrated veins are easier to puncture.

Wear Comfortable Clothing:
- Opt for loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arms.

Follow Fasting Instructions:
- If instructed, adhere to fasting guidelines for specific blood tests, as this can affect results.
