Raynor Massage- combines Thai massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic Massage, Reflexology, Breathwork and Accupressure points along meridian lines in the body. It is deeply therapeutic and helps to release tension from the physical, mental, emotional and traumatic layers of tension in the body.

Reiki Level 2 Practitioner- reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing

I help you to release trauma and trapped emotions from the body through Raynor Massage and Energy Healing work

Raynor Massage is designed to access the deeper layers of tension- the traumas and trapped emotions that are stored in our bodies. You don't need to re-live them, you can just release them.

Timed with your breath, I use my elbows to press into accupressure points along meridian lines in the body where tension is stored to release the spots where our body holds on to tension, always working within your pain threshold.

We go to the roots of the tension (hint: it's often in our heads, hands and feet) and allow it to be released in a safe space. I usually recommend a 90 minute to 2 hour session initially so we can do an intake and work through some major areas of tension.

Dear Valued Clients,
Starting Monday, April 4th, I will be dropping down business hours to two days per week. I will be taking clients on
MONDAYS and TUESDAYS from 10am to 8pm

Thank you for your understanding. I have taken on a part time serving position to better help support myself financially as my clientele grows.

That being said, we can talk about doing Mobile Massage Appointments when I have spare time (weekends mainly).
