Due to personal life and schedule changes, I no longer will be offering weekly yoga classes in the Keys. It has been a pleasure serving this community and I hope that I have inspired many of you to commit to a regular practice! The benefits of yoga are endless 🧘‍♀️🧠💚

Hello Keys yogis!
I am super upset as I have been super sick since last night, and so I will not be able to lead yoga tomorrow morning 😡 🤒 I woke up at 3am last night with coughing, headache, body aches, chills then sweaty gross fever 🙄 the good news is that my at home COVID test was negative! But I think itd be best to rest in tomorrow as I mend and of course not get anyone else sick.

I am so sorry that the universe seems to be preventing our gatherings and I promise we will pick back up where we started soon! I hope you breathe, stretch and practice compassion through the weekend. And, if you'd like a yoga practice dont forget about my youtube free videos link in the 'about' section 🙏💚🌞
