Our "Game On For Good" Ends FRIDAY (11/21)!!! It's your last chance to have your donations doubled!

"Game On For Good". We're teaming up for some friendly competition with Seneca Health Services , Northside, and Mid-State Automotive for a non-perishable food drive. Please drop off shelf stable items to the Nicholas County Health Department. Items will be further distributed to the school backpack program and to local food pantries. Fill our boxes to fill their bellies!!!

NEW SERVICE BEING OFFERED TO OUR COMMUNITY! DOT Urine Drug Screenings will now be offered at the Nicholas County Health Department. Breathalyzer testing coming soon. Contact us for your employment needs!
