to choose, including yoga therapy! We look forward to seeing you!

If you have an upcoming appointment at SBH, please do NOT come to the office if you are experiencing fever, shortness of breath, or cough or if you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19. Contact your primary care physician if you are experiencing the above listed symptoms.
Please do not bring visitors with you to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.
