Today is World Su***de Prevention Day (WSPD) and the theme is "Changing the Narrative on Su***de". This is the second year for this triennial theme, which runs from 2024 to 2026.

The theme's goal is to shift the conversation around su***de from silence and misunderstanding to one of openness, empathy, and support. It encourages individuals, communities, and governments to challenge harmful myths and reduce the stigma associated with su***de and mental health.

Key messages for WSPD 2025 include:
