Not my usual pelvic floor content… but when I find something that actually supports the girls, I share it.
I have been searching for a bra like this for 10 years.

No underwire digging into my ribs.No straps carving into my shoulders. No constant adjusting in the middle of the day.

Just lift. Hold. Comfort. Done.
The full coverage version?
☑️ Thick straps
☑️ Smooth, seamless☑️ Lifts without squeezing☑️ Actually stays in place

So for the strapless…I don’t know who needs to hear this… but it doesn’t slide down.
No awkward tugging. Just solid support without the wire. I wore it comfortably for the day.

I truly thought I hated bras.Turns out I just hated uncomfortable ones.

Does it make my nervous system feel calm because nothing is digging into me?
Yes. Which makes my bladder happy if my nervous system is happy. So truly a win for everyone.

I’m wearing my true size XL.
Sizes run Small–4XL.

My education in this space absolutely matters. But what has truly been a game-changer for my clients is the combination of my clinical experience and my own personal experience with pelvic floor dysfunction.

And please don’t misunderstand me—I value exercise deeply. It’s an important part of the plan. But it’s not the whole plan.

If you’re going to search for exercises anyway (because let’s be honest, most people will), add more detail to your search.
Instead of just typing “pelvic floor exercises,” try things like:

• “Pelvic floor pain”
• “Waking up at night to p*e”
• “Rushing to the bathroom”
• “Urinary urgency”

Whatever you want to change, put that in the search.

Because the truth is, there are not enough exercises in the world that will fix night wakings or urgency by themselves.

Today is the last day to get 50% off my entire pelvic floor program (March 9, 2026). If you want structure and support for the next year, I would highly recommend you take a look at my program. There is a reason I have 4,000 clients.

I would immediately stop doing this if I started leaking urine again.
And I’m saying this as a former urine leaker turned pelvic floor therapist.

I would stop p*eing “just in case.” 🚫🚽

Here’s why:
Every time you p*e without an actual urge, you teach your brain and bladder to panic early.
You lower your bladder’s tolerance.
You train urgency.
You reinforce the “I can’t trust my body” loop.
Your bladder needs to fill all the way to then send a calm signal to the brain.

Training your bladder to think it needs to empty every time you walk through the front door or before you leave the house or before ______ (fill in the blank) confuses the heck out of it. (This is training urgency).

When you p*e just in case, your nervous system stays on high alert, your bladder contracts sooner than it should, and your pelvic floor never gets a chance to coordinate the way it’s designed to.

Bladder control is a communication skill, not a willpower problem. Read that again. We don’t hold it and power though. We TRAIN it!

And yes, this is one of the first habits I fixed to stop leaking for good. Don’t ever overlook your bladder habits. They are the key to stop leaking urine

3 times p*eing just in case is okay:
After intimacy
Before bed
Before a car ride longer than 1.5 hours

👋Meet Barbara
(I am not Barbara. I am the pelvic floor therapist who helped her stop leaking p*e.)

68 years young
Bladder prolapse.
Night wakings.
Pads every day.
Leaving home? Stressful.

Her doctor told her:
✨ This is normal with age.
✨ Wear thicker pads as needed (this kills me)
✨ Surgery may be needed.
✨Stop drinking water by 5…hopefully that will get you more sleep
✨You have overactive bladder syndrome. I will send a medication to the pharmacy

Update after joining Urine Good Company:
😴 Sleeping through the night
🩲 No pads for 3 months
🚶‍♀️ Walks without bathroom anxiety
😌 Feels in control again
💊 No meds
🔪 No surgery
❤️ “I’m doing it again and it is amazing!”
❌ Zero prolapse symptoms

She didn’t need surgery first.
She needed education, structure, and support from me. She needed to be taught how to support her pelvic floor and bladder. She wasn’t too old. This wasn’t how her body wanted to operate.

I’m not sure when these stories won’t shock me anymore. It’s like seeing a that every time I chat with one of my students about what they have been told.

If you want to stop leaking urine, you cannot keep skipping the one thing that matters most:

Rebuilding the entire pelvic system, not just the muscles.

Most programs teach you how to squeeze.
I teach you how to coordinate.

Most programs teach you “don’t drink so much water.”
I teach you how hydration actually supports your bladder and how to do it without living in the bathroom.

Most programs teach you fear.
I teach safety.

That’s my FLOW Method difference and it’s why my clients finally experience real change.

80% of my students report a significant different in 6 weeks. This is sleeping through the night. No longer wearing pads. Being intimate again. Having freedom from their bladder. No longer dead sprinting it to the bathroom. The amount of women who think sprinting to the bathroom is normal is crazy.

If you read this and felt called out… you’re not wrong.
You’re ready.

If I woke up tomorrow leaking urine, I would do THIS.

Advice from a former urine-leaker turned pelvic floor therapist (yes, plot twist).

🎉50% OFF my entire pelvic floor program for the next 48 hours!

Here’s exactly where I’d start 👇

Step 1: Collect data, not panic.
For 3 days, I’d write down:
• when I p*e
• how long I p*e

I’d aim for 8 seconds minimum.
That’s a full bladder doing its job.
Anything less? Your bladder is basically throwing a fit like a toddler. You trained her to behave this way. Unintentionally, but true. That’s okay you can train her to behave.

Step 2: Fix bathroom habits (this part is spicy).
🚫 No “just in case” p*es (except after s*x, before bed and a car ride longer than 2 hours)
🚫 No pushing urine out
🚫 No sprinting to the toilet like it’s an Olympic event

I’d remind my bladder: I’m the boss here.

Step 3: Learn how to hydrate my body
not drown my bladder.
More water ≠ better bladder control (surprise!).

This is exactly how I help women stop leaks without surgery, meds, or living in pads forever in my pelvic floor program.

👋 Meet Sandra
(I am not Sandra. I am the pelvic floor therapist who helped her stop leaking p*e.)

61 years young
Hadn’t had an or**sm in over 8 years.
Leaking urine
Urgency
Up 2–3 times a night to p*e.
Never feeling like she was going to make it to the bathroom on time.

Her doctor told her:
✨ Or**sm becomes harder after menopause.
✨ Leakage during s*x is common.
✨ Try doing more Kegels.
✨ Use pads or a towel if needed.
✨Drink less water
✨start medication for overactive bladder

No one explained why her body felt disconnected.
No one explained how or**sm actually works.
No one explained how to stop the urgency and leakage.

Sandra started believing this chapter of her life was just… over.

But there was a small part of her that thought:
What if my body still knows how?

She joined Urine Good Company.

Five months later:
😴 Sleeping through the night
🩲 No pads
🚽 No urgency panic
❤️ Intimacy without fear
✨ Her first or**sm in nearly a decade
💃 Confidence through the roof

Her message to me said:
“I didn’t realize how much of my life I had quietly shut down.”

Sandra didn’t need to squeeze harder.
She didn’t need to accept that pleasure disappears with age.
She didn’t need medication or to drink less water.

She needed to learn how to support blood flow, coordinate her pelvic floor, change her bathroom habits, learn how to drink enough water and calm her nervous system so her body could respond again.

I taught her every step of the way!

Education.
Structure.
Support.

That’s what brought sensation, control of her bladder and confidence back.
