Safe Harbor Behavioral Health LLC I love working with clients who are motivated to change. I want to help them get to the root of their problems and make their lives better.

I love working with children, adults, families, and couples. I am certified in DBT therapy and also use CBT, MI and TFCBT. In DBT, I am able to help clients replace problem behaviors with healthy coping skills. I am happy to meet you where you are. I have used animal assisted therapy and I am also available for home visits if needed.
