A little re-introduction for all my new people 🤍
I do something called Spinal Flow, and it’s all about the nervous system: the system that runs everything in your body.
Here’s something most of us were never taught…
When you go through stress:
physical stress (falls, injuries, posture, childbirth, etc.)
chemical stress (medications, toxins, not sleeping, what we eat)
emotional stress (grief, breakups, fear, trauma, long-term pressure)
…your body doesn’t just magically “move on.”
Your nervous system’s job is to protect you. So when something feels overwhelming, it creates protective patterns in the body. Muscles tighten. Breathing changes. Parts of the spine and nervous system kind of go into guarding mode.
Now imagine that happening not just once… but over and over for years.
Stress starts stacking up like layers 🧱
One on top of another.
Your body adapts to survive… but it doesn’t always get the chance to fully reset.
That’s why as we get older (or after big life events) we might notice less energy, more tension or pain, feeling stuck or shut down, anxiety or overwhelm, or our body not bouncing back like it used to.
It’s not that your body is failing you, it’s that your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time.
Spinal Flow is very gentle, but really powerful. I use specific access points along the spine to help the nervous system feel safe enough to start releasing those old stress patterns, one layer at a time.
We’re not forcing anything.
We’re reminding the body how to heal.
And just like the stress didn’t pile on in one day, it usually doesn’t unwind in just one session either. In the beginning, consistency really matters so your nervous system can learn a new, safer baseline. But this isn’t about you needing to come forever. It’s about helping your body become more adaptable, more regulated, and better able to handle life without getting stuck in survival mode.
A few years ago I was a nervous wreck. Learning about the nervous system and how to regulate it saved my motherhood and my life and that’s why I care so much about this.
