Locally owned cleaning company has an immediate opening for a full time cleaning technician on James Island. $14-$16/hr with a $500 signing bonus.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7pm to 4:00pm
Job Description: The person hired for this position will be cleaning club house areas, rest rooms, outdoor building common areas and breezeways. Job duties include but are not limited to; dusting/vacuuming/sweeping/mopping/restroom sanitation/glass cleaning/recycling.
This is an outdoor position, individual hired will be working outdoors in various weather conditions.
The most suitable candidate will be a reliable, honest hard working individual. Experience in professional cleaning is not necessary but is preferred. Applicant should be punctual, quick to learn and able to self manage. The individual must also conduct themselves in a professional manor and have good personal hygiene.
Candidates must have reliable transportation.
