Our Story
Palmetto Clinical Research (PCR) is the clinical research office for Palmetto Primary Care Physicians. PCR was founded in 1989 by Dr. Colby Grossman and Dr. D. “Eric” Bolster. Since then, PCR has branched out into numerous specialties. Our doctors include specialists in the fields of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Neurology. Our clinical research investigators are passionate about clinical research because it contributes to the advancement and development of new medications, medical devices, and treatments for many diseases and medical conditions. Palmetto Clinical Research has conducted over 200 clinical trials for a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, chronic pain, COPD, men and women’s health – just to name a few.
As a volunteer, you’ll receive personalized attention for the duration of each study you participate in as well as study-related physical examinations, laboratory tests, and study medication.
