Let’s talk about eczema. 🌿

Many people treat eczema as just a skin issue, but in many cases it can be connected to what’s happening internally in the body.

Most of us are moving through life in fight or flight without even realizing it‼️

Constant stress, overstimulation, rushing, worrying… all of it keeps the body stuck in sympathetic mode, which makes it harder for the body to repair, restore, and regulate itself.

Healing begins when the body can return to parasympathetic mode, the state where the nervous system feels safe enough to slow down, digest, and truly rest.
