Let’s take it back to the basics because a lot of people are preparing their herbs incorrectly‼️

Leaves and flowers should be steeped. Roots and barks should be simmered. Boiling everything together is not the way and does more harm than good.

Herbal work is about intention, patience, and understanding the plant. When you prepare your herbs properly, you allow them to do what they are meant to do.
