Boundaries are not walls — they’re doors with locks that you control. They protect your peace, energy, and emotional well-being.
Saying no doesn’t make you mean.
Taking time for yourself doesn’t make you selfish.
Choosing what’s healthy for you is a form of self-respect.
You teach people how to treat you by what you allow, stop, and reinforce. 💛
✨ Take a moment this week to check in with yourself:
• Where do I feel drained?
• What do I need to say no to?
• How can I honor my own needs today?
