Great for building strong abdominals, requiring good mobility in your spine and strength in hip flexors
Day 22: Hip Twist
Exercise can be performed with arms bent or extended for a bigger challenge! Requires strong hip flexors and abdominals
Day 23: Swimming
Building the posterior chain, hamstrings, glute max & erector spinae which are all great for your posture!
