It’s a tool we use to assess, build, and refine movement. Choosing the equipment and setup that best supports the individual is an important piece to our personalized approach at the R3finery.

Merry Christmas from the R3finery Team! We have enjoyed serving you this past year. We hope you have a safe and healthy holiday with your loved ones.

We have opened up new class times on Christmas Eve at both studios, and as a reminder we are closed on Christmas Day.

Please check Momence for an updated class schedule for the week between Christmas and New Years, as class times are limited.
