Day 20: Side Kick
Great for hip strength and pelvic stabilization

Day 21: Teaser
Great for building strong abdominals, requiring good mobility in your spine and strength in hip flexors

Day 22: Hip Twist
Exercise can be performed with arms bent or extended for a bigger challenge! Requires strong hip flexors and abdominals

Day 23: Swimming
Building the posterior chain, hamstrings, glute max & erector spinae which are all great for your posture!

Day 16 Scissors and and Bicycle
Great for core stabilization and hip strengthening

Day 17 Shoulder Bridge
Great for helping your posture by strengthening the hamstrings and glutes and opening the front of the hips

Day 18 Spine Twist
Focus is on stabilization of the pelvis while working through rotation of the spine

Day 19 Jack Knife
Great for co contraction of the front and back of the body, mobility of the spine

Day 13 Single Leg Kick:
Great for lengthening the quads and strengthening the posterior chain

Day 14: Double Leg Kick
A more advanced version, also grateful for lengthening the quads and strengthening the posterior chain

Day 15: Neck Pull
A challenging exercise requiring strong abdominals as well as good spinal mobility
