If you’ve ever gotten masseter Botox and noticed a small bulge in the first week, you’re not alone 💬

This insight comes directly from Ethos Expert and Medical Director Dr. Hardik Soni.

A temporary bulge can happen simply because the toxin hasn’t fully settled or relaxed the muscle yet. In most cases, it evens out on its own within 7 to 10 days as the muscle begins responding.

If it continues to bother you or doesn’t improve, you can come back in and your Ethos Expert may add a small touch-up to help smooth the area.

It’s a normal part of the process for some patients, and there are simple ways to address it if needed.
