Spring is here—and so is that urge to lace up your running shoes again. 🏃♂️
But if you’ve been less active over the winter, jumping straight back into long runs or intense workouts can do more harm than good.
The smarter move? Ease back in.
Start with short jogs. Build gradually. Add some strength work to support your joints. And most importantly—listen to your body and give yourself time to rebuild.
You don’t need to be at your peak on day one. The goal is to get back to running—and stay there.
