We have started the week off strong with mindful movements ... better known as balloon ball fun around here๐ŸŽˆโœจ

Gentle stretches, laughter, and light activity helped us focus on staying present, moving with purpose, and enjoying the moment and time together. Itโ€™s amazing how something so simple as a balloon can bring so much joy while encouraging coordination, connection, and smiles all around.
