You tell yourself you’re fine. That no one would understand. That it’s easier to just keep pushing forward.

But isolation doesn’t protect you—it just makes the weight heavier.

The truth? You are not alone. There are people who get it. Who have been there. Who don’t need an explanation.

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. You don’t have to have the words to explain it. Just don’t let isolation convince you that no one cares. Because we do. You are seen. You matter.
