Hillcrest is a Nonprofit Organization Nursing Home with Nursing/Skilled Nursing/Independent Living and Assisted Living. Our retirement living is a nonprofit, community-owned, 501c3 corporation. No one person or group receives any dividends from Hillcrest; all monies go toward maintaining our buildings, equipment and supplies, and providing staff that provide excellent care for our residents. Area citizens have been guiding, supporting, and ensuring our success since 1965. Call lights
Who answered the call light, what the resident needed, and the length of response time will all be automatically reported. Our hope is to more closely monitor staff response times and to enhance our ability to care plan effectively, while also identifying which staff members are the most responsive.

Our previous call light system had become obsolete, and the improved monitoring capabilities are what ultimately sold me on this upgraded version of the system.

For the time being, staff will be using their personal phones until our Hillcrest IT Equipment arrives!

We had an AMAZING Christmas Party in no small thanks to the following: Glenda Humpal Reaves , Ten Wasp Brewing Company , Restored, Sumner, Hillcrest Employees, The COMMUNITY OF SUMNER, and everyone who volunteered to make our Christmas Party special for ALL residents!
(We had so much fun we didn't take any posed pictures!)
