Hillcrest is a Nonprofit Organization Nursing Home with Nursing/Skilled Nursing/Independent Living and Assisted Living. Our retirement living is a nonprofit, community-owned, 501c3 corporation. No one person or group receives any dividends from Hillcrest; all monies go toward maintaining our buildings, equipment and supplies, and providing staff that provide excellent care for our residents. Area citizens have been guiding, supporting, and ensuring our success since 1965. We are so grateful to work alongside someone who truly cares not only about the residents of Hillcrest, but every patient he serves. His dedication, compassion, and commitment make a difference all day, every day.

A great long-term care administrator in a continuing care retirement community has to be able to do a little bit of everything. She can talk about budgets, regulations, staffing strategies… and then five minutes later be laughing in the hallway about the world’s worst dad joke. 😄........ that she most likely had to tell everyone.

She believes in being fair, compassionate, and holding herself and others accountable. She supports her employees, invests in smart strategies, and knows that when the team feels supported, everyone benefits especially the residents and tenants.

Most importantly, she truly cares about the people who call Hillcrest home. She’s always looking for ways to improve, grow, and make things better. Because in a community like Hillcrest, doing things the way they’ve always been done isn’t enough there’s always a better way, and she’s determined to find it.
....ps making her wait until Friday to celebrate Long Term Care Administrator's Week was the best joke to play on the one always playing jokes on us!
