Hello everyone! We’d love to take a moment to reintroduce who we are and what we do.
ABCs of Behavior is owned and operated by Leslie Grenville, BCBA, and we’ve proudly been serving our community since February 2023. We specialize in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism, focusing on individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
✨ Our name, ABCs of Behavior, is inspired by the fundamentals of ABA: Antecedent, Behavior, and Consequence. This framework helps us understand what happens before a behavior, what the behavior looks like, and what happens after.
📊 We use ABC data to carefully observe and track patterns in a child’s behavior. By understanding these patterns, our team can identify what may be triggering behaviors and what is reinforcing them. This allows us to create personalized strategies that teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support long-term success.
