🧰🛠️ Friday was Maintenance Appreciation Day! 🛠️🧰

We're a little late in recognition but let that be no reflection on how prompt David, our fabulous Maintenance Director, gets things done! David is a dedicated member of our team who works behind the scenes every day to keep our campus safe, comfortable, and running smooth.

It takes a lot of skill and hard work to keep our community operating well, from fixing what breaks to maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, David is one reason Sumter Grove is The Best! Not only is he the "fixer of all things," he is wonderful with our residents and performs his duties with his heart included! ❤️

Mardi Gras at Sumter Grove 💜💛💚 Our day comprised a Daily Devotion, followed by a 'Fat Tuesday Workout' and a Word in a Word activity, all preceding a special luncheon where King Cakes were served. Our Executive Director found the baby! A good sign that The Grove will have prosperous year!

Crafters were at it again today making decorative vases for flowers from wine bottles and yarn. It made for good occupational therapy too!

We enjoy crafting at Sumter Grove! From now until Valentine's Day, our projects will feature a February 14th theme. "I love you to pieces" was a fun mosaic activity today. ❤️
