Next week, lawmakers may vote to delay the federal h**p THC redefinition by one year (Nov 2027).

If nothing changes, the new rule takes effect in November 2026. It moves from delta-9 THC to total THC and limits finished products to 0.4 mg per container.
The FDA was required to publish official cannabinoid classification lists by February 15th, but has not yet released them.
