Boost Your Immune System!
The past few months have been very trying for the nation and people all over the world. There is no doubt that everyone has been impacted by the effects of Covid-19 to some degree. My heart goes out to those who have been personally affected and to those who have lost loved ones to this pandemic.
Massage therapy can enhance your health and wellness during the pandemic. Reducing stress and enhancing the function of your immune system is a major benefit of massage therapy. We here at LaTouch Wellness take extra precautions to sanitize and disinfect all the surfaces you encounter. The reception desk surface is sanitized as well as the sitting area and surface upon which your place your belongings. The massage table and face cradle are sanitized and disinfected after every client. There is at least a 30-minute spacing between clients to allow time for the EPA-registered disinfectant to sanitize the surfaces properly. The floor is cleaned and disinfected between clients and the sheets are laundered with high quality detergent and bleach. Both the clients and therapist are required to wear a mask. I thoroughly wash and sanitize my hands up to my elbows after each client.
