Welcome back, Spencer! 🙌

Spencer is joining us for Summer Camp 2026. He's one of our year-round crew for After School & Camp. We are excited for him to have a Summer of fun, friends, and nonstop activity!

For After School and Summer School, we offer pick-up from select Sun Prairie elementary schools. Transportation is FREE, and everything is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having a blast.

Spreadsheet updated and ready for the embroidery company ✔️

Behind every one of these belts is years of work, hundreds of classes, sore muscles, perseverance, and a whole lot of growth (inside and out).

On April 11, 8 students will earn their black belts and 2 will advance in degree.

Preparing these events is a lot of responsibility and a lot of work… but it’s also one of the greatest honors we have as instructors.

Big moment coming soon. We’re proud of every step that led here. 🥋

No school? No problem. 🙌

Today’s No School Day Camp crew took the fun outside and hit the park!

Fresh air, racing to the swings, climbing, laughing, and a whole lot of movement.

But it’s never just play. 👊

In our program, we teach that how you do anything is how you do everything.

At the park, that looked like:
• Taking turns without being asked
• Encouraging a friend who was new to the game
• Showing self-control even when energy was BIG
• Getting back up after not making it all the way across the bars

Balance. Awareness. Confidence. Respect.

The park becomes the karate school… and the lesson continues. 🥋💪

We love watching these kids grow stronger — inside and out.

After school, kids need movement. They need structure. They need adults who hold clear expectations while still coaching them through mistakes.

At Kicks Unlimited Family Martial Arts, our After School students practice emotional regulation in real time. They learn how to handle correction. How to reset when frustrated. How to work with different partners.

These aren’t lectures. They’re practiced skills.

We focus on steady growth — physically, mentally, and socially — in an environment that’s structured and consistent.
