Upper Trap Squeeze โ€“ Self-Care Massage
โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”
This is an easy, effective technique you can do anywhere to relieve neck and shoulder tension.

How to do it:
1. Sit or stand tall and take a slow breath in through your nose.
2. With the opposite hand, grasp the top of your shoulder (the upper trap) between your fingers and thumb.
3. Gently squeeze, hold for 3โ€“5 seconds, then release (or as tolerated).
4. Repeat the squeeze as you slowly move along the muscle toward the neck.
5. Switch sides. Do 3โ€“5 squeezes per side.

(Remember to stay relaxed and breathe through it.)

โญ๏ธ Upper trap squeezes reduce shoulder tension, improve circulation, and help calm stress that builds from posture, screens, and daily load.

โญ๏ธ Use this between sessions, after work, or anytime your shoulders feel โ€œstuck.โ€
