If you sit at a desk, your body is adapting to it. And not in a good way.

Your chest gets tight. Your upper back gets weak. Your head drifts forward. This pattern is called upper crossed syndrome, and it's behind most of the neck pain, shoulder tension, and headaches we see in our office.

The good news? It's fixable. Restoring motion to the mid back and strengthening what's gotten weak can reverse the damage.

We talk about movement all day. Turns out, doing it together is a different story.

But here's the thing: laughter is one of the best things you can do for your nervous system. It lowers cortisol, releases tension, and shifts your body out of stress mode.

So even when the stretches didn't go as planned, we still won.
