Do you teach yoga for fat people? I get that question all the time.
☯Slow Flow is a great place to slow down. It helps to give the nervous system a chance to catch up, process, and then chill. We do some stretches and some shapes, but that is not required to access your nervous system. been misinformed about yoga or had a bad experience at a studio. Please give us a try

Power can be hard, you pick. We want you to feel powerful in a space that supports challenge and imperfections. What do YOU need?
☯HEAT honors my roots as an instructor. We work on focus, endurance and resilience in a 105-degree room. Do you need to develop some tools in your tool box like adaptation, empathy and rest? This is your class. We practice life in this class and how to focus on the journey and not the obstacles.
☯FLOW is one of our most popular classes. We can flow between poses or we can flow the breath. Movement can be medicine but how do you react and adapt in stillness? This is a fun class and I love to teach it!
