It is so important to slow down as things speed up! It’s so much easier to retreat to bad habits. The good habits are harder to create.

I love the Saturday vibes at Twisted Grit! I teach Aroma Yin at 10:15 am and it is a fantastic class to start your yoga journey or to deepen your current practice. We have a lot of staff there to assist you with questions, purchases, gift cards and kindness! Please sign up early and arrive at 10 am to get your spot. It is a busy class but we barely even move in this one so your neighbor may be napping! Come take an infrared nap!
