Our Training Zone community is built on effort, accountability, & support; this member brings it all every time.

Not just when he’s been nominated as our Member of the Month. 😜

“I joined the Training Zone community in 2020 because I was looking for a fun way to stay active and get in shape. Five years later I’m still going on an almost daily basis and look forward to what each class will bring. I’ve always led an active lifestyle and everything that the Training Zone has to offer is a perfect fit for me. With group classes, nutrition clinics and personal coaching by the trainers, it’s led me to being in better shape now than I was 30 years ago. I’ve learned how the value of a good diet, proper sleep, stress management and life balance can impact your day to day life.

Before joining the Training Zone I visited several other fitness centers and the one takeaway I got was you can do burpees anywhere but what makes or breaks a club is the Trainers. Some of the best trainers I’ve worked with are at TZ. They bring their energy and enthusiasm to each and every class. They are very knowledgeable and always open to answering questions you may have or to listening to feedback. They will program their classes to be challenging and engaging for each member no matter their fitness level or experience. Whether you are looking to build strength, mobility, muscle endurance or rehabbing an injury, they will accommodate your needs.

Through the years I’ve made several great friendships with other members of the Training Zone. It’s a small but very welcoming group. The camaraderie and bonding with each other while the trainers are kicking our butts is just one of the many unexpected bonuses you will get from being a member of TZ. Celebrating someone who leads by example 🏋️‍♀️

“What I appreciate most about the Training Zone is the thoughtful programming and hands-on coaching. Each workout is well-structured, challenging, and adaptable — whether we’re focusing on specific muscle groups, improving technique, or integrating physical therapy movements to support recovery and prevent injury. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to adjust exercises to fit individual goals or limitations.

They also go beyond the workouts, offering tips on nutrition, mobility, and exercises for those tough areas we all want to strengthen. It’s a well-rounded approach that keeps us learning and improving.

Meet Cheryl; Strong. Steady. Unstoppable.

“Training zone has been a valuable investment in my health. As a mom, spouse, and healthcare worker, I often neglected my own well-being. I attended occasional classes but lacked consistency.

However, this group, whether it’s early morning, morning, or night, has been incredibly welcoming and encouraging. They push me to my limits, which I wouldn’t do on my own. No longer do I feel bored, and the trainers ensure that I maintain proper form to prevent injuries.

We need to take care of ourselves to take care of others. Gaining muscle is the bonus effect with consistency of going to class.” - Cheryl C.

“My personal training sessions with Sam are always great (and she gets up and works with me early in the morning, which is awesome!)!

I’ve been working with Sam for just over seven months and have been so excited to build up my confidence in using different areas/machines in the gym to independently complete strength training exercises.

I seem to be injury prone (outside of the gym!), and Sam has been so helpful in including exercises in my workouts to work around the injury in order to keep me moving and to help strengthen weak areas so that I can heal and avoid future injuries.

My favorite day of the week is the day that Sam drops a new workout for me — I love incorporating the different exercises and seeing my strength grow.

I’m grateful for the guidance, encouragement, and challenging push that Sam provides at each and every session.” -Laura B.
