S*x shouldn’t hurt unless you want it to. There are a lot of things PTs can help with and it’s usually a quick fix!

Stop pushing people into c-sections unless the like really actually need one for medical necessity please and thank yewwww

Also this doesn’t apply to you if you needed c-section for your own mental health. It should be YOUR decision and no one should be pressuring you into anything. 💕
