Exciting opportunity for advancement within the organization! We are currently seeking a House Supervisor due to organizational growth.
The House Supervisor is responsible for tasks including, but not limited to, attending medical appointments, advocating on behalf of the individual receiving support, completing schedules for the home, reviewing daily records to ensure completion, managing staff working in the home, working with the Compliance and Maintenance Specialists to ensure the home is safe, comfortable and meets regulation standards and assisting with monthly on-call rotation.
Must be person-centered, comfortable offering positive redirection and assistance to others and organized.
