In January, we were honored to host a Legislative Roundtable focused on the vital role Medicaid plays in the lives of the people we support and the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who serve them every day.

During the roundtable, DSPs, family members, and individuals we support shared firsthand experiences about what Medicaid funding truly means — not just as a program, but as access to independence, stability, employment, community inclusion, and dignity.

Medicaid is more than a line item in a budget. It is the foundation that allows people with disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives and empowers the workforce that supports them.
We are grateful to our legislative partners for listening, engaging in thoughtful conversation, and recognizing the critical importance of protecting and strengthening Medicaid services in our communities.

Exciting opportunity for advancement within the organization! We are currently seeking a House Supervisor due to organizational growth.

The House Supervisor is responsible for tasks including, but not limited to, attending medical appointments, advocating on behalf of the individual receiving support, completing schedules for the home, reviewing daily records to ensure completion, managing staff working in the home, working with the Compliance and Maintenance Specialists to ensure the home is safe, comfortable and meets regulation standards and assisting with monthly on-call rotation.

Must be person-centered, comfortable offering positive redirection and assistance to others and organized.
