Conzelman Livestock Camp and Progress Show Youth Ag eduacation of livestock and showmanship skills.

We provide the opportunity to enhance young peoples lives with their FFA/4-H
and open class animal projects thru a hands on approch to learning. We bring in Beef, Sheep, Swine, Goat and small animal instructors to
teach attendees to take their projects to the highest level by
teaching them showmanship, nutrition and up to date fitting techniques.

Livestock Camp 2011 held a record breaking year with 58 youth in attendance along with 51 adults. Much was learned in preparing the market animal projects for fair, nutrition education, fitting techniques and overall livestock enhancement. Purina feeds was on board this year to provide outstanding nutrition education of purina products, as well as instumental in getting Bob May nationally known Steer fitter and club calf producer from Wisconsin. Market Sheep and swine instructor was Dr. Jeremy Burkett from Casper College where he put on an amazing clinic for both. The youth learned many valuable tools from what to do in times of stress with your show animals preparing for a successful project year.
