75 minutes in my private studio in Tujunga, nestled on our micro-farm and Certified Wildlife Habitat®. A peaceful homestead setting surrounded by gardens, with goats and chickens nearby, creating a grounded, natural atmosphere that invites true rest.

Each session includes infused yoga using therapeutic-grade essential oils and a full soundbath, offered one-on-one in a serene, private space.

The school year is coming. The rhythm is about to shift. But maybe, before it does, you take a moment—for yourself, or with the ones you love.

As a mama of four, running a full summer of programming for other families, I’ve felt that need to pause and refill. This offering was born from that space—and I’m holding it open for you too.

In the sanctuary space at my private farm studio in Tujunga, 91042, you’re invited to experience infused yoga—movement, breath, and deep sensory rest. Come alone to center yourself for the transition ahead, or bring a friend. Invite your child. Gather your sister circle. Up to four guests per session are welcome.

There’s so much noise in the world right now.
So much division. So much urgency.
And under it all, so many people just quietly not doing well.

They’re still getting through the day. They’re showing up. They’re making it look okay. But inside? They’re anxious. Burned out. Depressed.
And they’re wondering—sometimes aloud, sometimes only to themselves—
Is there anything natural that can actually help me feel better?

The other day, someone reached out and asked me that.
She was tired. Tender. Holding more than she should.
And while I could never promise a cure, I told her what I do know:

That when we slow the breath,
when we soak in essential oils and sound and safety,

🥚✨ Farm-Fresh Magic from Our Cottage Coop ✨🥚

I’m a mother raising children and chickens side by side. We have 27 hens — each one named, loved, and part of our family. This week, they’ve been laying their hearts out. Their eggs are colorful, deeply nourishing, and so big they barely fit in the carton. I’m pretty sure we’ve got a few triple-yolkers in there. 🐣

Our girls are hand-fed organic, high-protein feed enriched with essential oils, herbs, fruits, and veggies. They roam freely in our Certified Wildlife Habitat® and are tended to daily by our children — it’s truly a cottage rhythm we love living.
